Translator app (https://lhtranslator.com), operated by TK Digital Ltd, is a real-time speech translation tool (including ambient listening, paired conversations, conversation summaries, optional speaker labelling, and an optional camera picture during a paired call). We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service, with or without notice.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, infringe others’ rights, or use it to record people without any consent required by your local law. You are responsible for the content you submit. Translations are produced by automated AI and may contain errors - do not rely on them for critical, legal, medical, or safety decisions.
Ambient and conversation features may capture the speech of people near you. You are responsible for obtaining any consent that the law in your location requires before recording or translating other people.
If the cameras are turned on during a call, your camera may also show other people around you and your surroundings, and the same responsibility applies. We do not record what the cameras show, but we cannot control what the person you are calling does on their own device.
The core features work without an account. Paid features (when available) are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle all billing and refunds under their own terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel through the relevant store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The app and its content are owned by the operator or its licensors. You keep your own submitted content; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from translation errors or service interruptions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply, and they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms against you. Their terms prevail in case of conflict.
